“Somtam” means a Green Papaya salad. Green papaya salad is a spicy salad made from shredded unripe papaya. It is of Lao origin but it is also eaten throughout Southeast Asia, Somtam was listed as number 46 on World’s 50 most delicious foods.

Secret’s passed through generations of this street food family means that you won’t taste Laos or Thai food like this anywhere else in Britain. The meat that we source is free range and everything is prepared lovingly from scratch- that includes our famous homemade Pad Thai Noodles.
