Emerging but already supported by industry tastemakers, live artist/producer Jasper Tygner releases his multi-faceted four-tracker ‘Real Time’ in full on February 23rd on alt-electronic imprint LG105 (home of Mall Grab, Effy, Steel City Dance Discs). The EP follows his sold out debut live show in November (more to come this year..) and sets at Field Day, Zamna Tulum, Phonox and Village Underground.
One of DMY’s ‘artists to watch 2023’ and Amazon Music’s ‘Ones To Watch’, multi-instrumentalist Londoner Tygner uses keys/piano/analog Moogs, drawing upon UK Garage, Jungle, Gorillaz, jazz, dubstep and film/TV influences for his own rich sound, honed since the age of 9 playing in jazz bands and orchestras.
Supported heavily on BBC Radio by the likes of Jaguar, Pete Tong, The Blessed Madonna and Jack Sauners, Tygner also recently did guest mixes on Rinse FM, Foundation FM and Balaami. Gig-wise, he’s supported DJ Boring, Leon Vynehall, salute and O’Flynn.
