Our careful selection of free yoga classes run throughout the day and are guaranteed to ignite your playful spirit, inspire and inform. Come and enjoy some Family Yoga with your little revellers or lose yourself in the exhilaration of our famous Soul Stretch Yoga. We’re also providing a Restorative class and a Vinyasa Flow class throughout the day. Check out our full timetable – everyone goes free. All under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult. Our bespoke massage treatments are delivered by top therapists using natural and organic products in the most tranquil of healing spaces. Massage treatments take place in beautifully decorated tents, our highly qualified and experienced therapists will help you to relax, rejuvenate and feel nourished.
