The Long Now
The Long Now is a collaboration between Icelandic singer and musician Finnur Bjarnason and electronic musician and producer Richard Norris. With an array of modular synths, a string section and Finnur’s unique, soaring vocals, the Long Now create a compelling, immersive sonic landscape. Finnur’s background is touring as an opera singer internationally, while Richard is best known as one half of the Grid and Beyond The Wizard’s Sleeve. They will release their debut EP later this year. Backed by BAFTA winning director Kieran Evans’ stunning cinematic visuals, shot in Iceland, the Long Now are an enticing live prospect for fans of electronic, soundtrack and modern classical music.
